Lions Park Residences are located in Barangay Sun Valley which is in Parañaque, south of Metro Manila. Barangay Sun Valley was created as a distinct district within Parañaque City by Presidential Decree in 1978, combining what were the sub-divisions Sun Valley, Sta. Ana and Continental Village, Marimar and Monte Villa de Monsod.

The units that have balconies have an aluminum framed glass sliding door leading to them. All units are complete with sinks, water closets, kitchen cabinets, showers and faucets.
